Vic happy working with Kapamilya stars

MANILA, Apr 6 (Mabuhay) – Actor Vic Sotto is happy starring in one movie project with young actress Bea Alonzo.

The two are set to grace the big screen on April 23 in the new comedy movie entitled “Pak! Pak! My Dr. Kwak.”

According to Vic, he was surprised with Bea’s knack for comedy and how they’ve become very comfortable off screen.

“Actually on and off camera she has a great sense of humor and madali siyang naka-adjust sa mga kasama ko, sa akin. Hindi kami nahirapan na magtrabaho with her.”

Upon hearing Vic’s praises, Bea was overwhelmed by the good words given to him by the television host/actor.

“Coming from a Vic Sotto that means a lot to me. Napaka-warm niya sa set and wala na talaga akong mahihiling pa coming from him.”

Aside from Vic, Bea is also very happy working with Kapamilya child stars Xyriel Manabat and Zaijian Jaranilla.

She revealed that it’s her first time working with the two and there was never a dull moment on the set of the new flick when the child stars are around.

“Ngayon lang ako nakasama na may mga bagets na andyan araw-araw. Parang gusto ko nga ng kapatid ulit kasi sobrang cute nila.”

Vic, who worked with then-child star Aiza Seguerra, was also impressed with the acting prowess of Zyriel and Zaijian.

“The best sila, magagaling. Na-miss ko nga na magkatrabaho with a child star. Ang last ko to work with a child star eh si Aiza Seguerra, eh ngayon eh binata na siya,” he jokingly noted.

“Iba sila mag-isip at iba talaga sila umarte.”

The actor also confirmed that through their new movie “Pak! Pak! My Dr. Kwak”, good friend Joey de Leon made peace with comedienne Pokwang.

Vic also cleared the air between them and said that they are now starting a new friendship and he’s happy working with the comedienne.

“Pagdating ko andun siya. Parang pelikula eh, nagkatinginan kami tapos nag-smile ako sa kanya then siya naman biglang pumatak na lang yung luha.”

“Nagyakapan kami then wala ng sali-salita then sabi ko ‘okay ka na?’, tapos okay na lahat. Okay na kami ngayon sa work at sa set.”

Don’t miss this newest Vic Sotto flick coming on the big screen starting April 23rd. (MNS)
