MANILA, Apr 17 (Mabuhay) — Singer-actress Sarah Geronimo admitted that she feels intimidated working with three of the country’s biggest music artists.

Geronimo will be one of the judge-coaches of the upcoming reality singing competition “The Voice of the Philippines.” The others are rock singer Bamboo Mañalac, Allan Pineda or apl.de.ap of The Black Eyed Peas, and Tony Award winner Lea Salonga.

“Sobrang intimidated.

While she is intimidated by the success of her fellow judge-coaches, Geronimo said she also sees her newest project as a chance to help fulfill another person’s dream.

It’s a chance to be part of someone’s journey towards pursuing his or her dream,” the young singer-actress said.

A product of a singing contest herself, Geronimo believes that she can help the contestants of the Filipino edition of “The Voice.”

The Voice of the Philippines’ title,” she said.

Asked what kind of coach she plans to be, Geronimo replied: “Curious ba kayo sa bitchy side ko?

The singer-actress added that she will be open to her future team’s views and preferences.

‘Yung respect nandoon and sana magtulungan kami ng team members ko,” she said.

“The Voice of the Philippines” will be aired on ABS-CBN in June. (MNS)
