RAFAEL Rosell said he feels he’s starting over again with his career in the entertainment industry after his transfer from ABS-CBN to GMA-7.
The Norwegian-Filipino actor signed an exclusive contract with the station last August and was personally welcomed by Kapuso Network Chairman and CEO Felipe Gozon.
According to Rafael, it took him some time to finally sign with GMA-7 because he was trying to figure out what he really wanted in his showbiz career.
He said it wasn’t an easy decision because he’s leaving ABS-CBN, where he had spent his 10 years of his life as an actor.
The actor said he respects his former station and remain friends with his co-actors and actresses and the people he worked with behind the camera.
During his decade-long stay in ABS-CBN, Rafael starred in “Tabing Ilog,” “Dahil sa Pag-ibig,” “Marina,” and quite a number of Precious Hearts Romances miniseries.
He also topbilled “Kristine” opposite Zanjoe Marudo, Cristine Reyes and longtime on-screen leading lady Denise Laurel.
In his new mother station GMA-7, Rafael will reprise the role of Nigel Armada in the local adaptation of hit Korean series “Temptation of Wife.”
He will share the small screen opposite Glaiza de Castro, Dennis Trillo, Rio Locsin, Cheri Gil and lead actress Marian Rivera.(MNS)
