PHILIPPINE CONSUL GENERAL ONE OF FEATURED SPEAKERS AT THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY WORLD TRADE AND INVESTMENT SUMMIT 2013
Los Angeles, 10 June 2013 – Philippine Consul General Ma. Hellen Barber De La Vega together with international trade experts spoke at the Riverside County World Trade & Investment Summit 2013 held at the Diamond Club, Diamond Drive, Lake Elsinore, California on 6 June 2013.

Also participating at the Summit are (left to right of photo) Mr. Lee Fraser, President, Canada California Business Council; Keynote speaker Ms. Leocadia I. Zak, Director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency; Mr. Troy Stangarone, Director, Korea Economics Institute of America; Ms. Subrina Chow, Director, Hong Kong Trade Economic Development Office; and, Mr. David Josephson, Regional Director, Export-Import Bank of the United States.
Also in attendance were Hon. Mayor Bob Magee of the City of Elsinore and Mr. Kevin Jeffries, Supervisor, Riverside County, First District, who signed a partnership agreement with Director Zak during the first part of the Summit. The Riverside County World Trade and Investment Summit is part of the Riverside County’s effort to reach out globally and internationally by doing business overseas. Close to 150 mainstream American businessmen attended the event.
