PACAS and PAFC to Stage 7th Alay Concert for Typhoon Victims

The Philippine American Cultural Arts Society (PACAS) and the Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC), with the support of the Philippine Embassy, will stage the 7th Alay Concert on 28 October 2012 at the Harmony Hall Regional Arts Center in Fort Washington, Maryland.  The concert is a fundraising activity for victims of the massive flooding that devastated parts of Luzon in August.
