The Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is inviting Filipino experts (i.e. scientists, engineers and technology entrepreneurs) who are based in the United States of America to assist in the implementation of the country’s National R&D Agenda.
