Filipino pie recipe

Ingredients:

2 chocolate sponge cakes
Syrup with rum of your choice
Cream
Strawberries
Chocolate truffle (covered)

Preparation:

Prepare two chocolate sponge cake recipes of your choice. Divide the pastry in two molds and bake.

Cut the sponge cakes in half and fill them with the cream and strawberries. Place the smallest sponge cake on top of the largest and cover the pies with chocolate truffle.

Decorate with strawberries.
