The Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles, led by Consul General Ma. Hellen Barber De La Vega, conducted an outreach program for dual citizenship at St. Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic Church, Walnut, CA and its neighboring parishes on 14 September 2013.

The consular outreach program was undertaken in cooperation with the St. Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic Parish Community led by Parish Priest Fr. Tony Astudillo.  It is the modest contribution of the Consulate as its activity in commemoration this month of the Feast Day of San Lorenzo Ruiz, the First Filipino Saint.

A total of 47 dual citizenships services were rendered during the consular outreach program.

Consul General De La Vega was accompanied by Consul John Reyes, Misses Melchora Tagle & Myrnalyn Cabral and Messrs. Miguel Belen & Amor Ibanez.
