MANILA, July 28 (Mabuhay) — EVEN though he campaigned for a different presidential aspirant in the last national elections, actor Coco Martin admitted that he is happy with the present administration led by President Rodrigo Duterte.

The “Ang Probinsyano” star said that he is happy with how the government is addressing the problems in security and criminality.

“Honestly, masaya po. Kasi sobrang concerned ako sa family ko. Every night kinakabahan ako kung nasa bahay ba ang pamilya ko, kung nakauwi ba sila ng maayos,” he said at the recent thanksgiving press conference of the primetime series.

Martin said he may not agree 100 percent on how Duterte’s administration handles the fight against drugs and criminality, but he said that he appreciates that something is done.

He reminded though that everyone should still uphold every person’s rights.
