MANILA (Mabuhay) – President Benigno Aquino III has hinted at another high-profile arrest soon.

In an interview aired over Bombo Radyo on Thursday morning, Aquino said authorities are continuing pursuit operations against high-profile fugitives.

Meron na hong developments, pero hindi ko ho pwede sabihin. Baka ho kapag sinabi ko mawala naman ho,” the President said.

Among the so-called “Big 5” fugitives, former Palawan Gov. Joel Reyes and his brother Mario Reyes and Dinagat Rep. Ruben Ecleo remain at large.

Already arrested earlier this year were kidnapping suspect and retired Army General Jovito Palparan, businessman Delfin Lee, who is facing a P6.6-billion syndicated estafa case, and suspected communist leader Benito Tiamzon. (MNS)
