The medical offices, equipped with underground parking, will serve approximately 60,000 Kaiser Permanente members who live in the area.
Easily accessible from the 605 and 91 freeways, the full-service medical offices will offer convenient primary care, obstetrics-gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry, radiology and x-ray, laboratory and pharmacy services from more than 30 providers.
“This facility helps us bring to Cerritos the excellent care and services Kaiser Permanente is known for in a new, convenient location” said Rowena Javier, MD Physician In Charge of the facility.
The new medical offices, located about 6 miles from the Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center, allow members the ease of receiving care in their community while being connected to over 500 board-certified physicians of all specialties.
“Kaiser Permanente physicians are nationally recognized leaders in care quality, earning top marks from our patients and outside agencies,” said Binesh Batra, MD Area Medical Director. “Our care delivery model puts the patient in the center with a medical home here in Cerritos, while maintaining a fully integrated, connected, broad physician network available to support them.”
